Developing Effective Private Education Nigeria (DEEPEN) is an innovative programme initiated by the UK’s Department for International Development (DFID) to improve learning outcomes in Lagos’ private schools. DEEPEN will achieve this by creating an enabling environment for private schools and a more effective market for them to offer better quality education.

The Education Data, Research and Evaluation in Nigeria initiative (EDOREN) is a four year initiative funded by the United Kingdom Department for International Development (DFID). It is designed to generate new evidence and understanding of how best to support equitable access and improved learning outcomes for all Nigerian children through innovation and the sustainable development of basic education systems. EDOREN also set up and supports the Nigeria Education website.
