Federal Capital Territory | Nigeria Education

The Federal Capital Territory is a federal territory in central Nigeria. Abuja, the capital city of Nigeria is located in this territory. FCT was formed in 1976 from parts of the states of Nasarawa, Niger, and Kogi. It is in the central region of the country. Unlike the States of Nigeria, which are headed by elected Governors, it is administered by the Federal Capital Territory Administration, headed by a minister appointed by the President.

International Centre for Science, Humanities and Education Research

ICSHER has held conferences annually for 10 years, produced 11 volumes and 17 issues of her journal called NASHERJ. It is registered with Corporate Affairs with reg no RC 1092968. It has a 15 member Trustees from universities and colleges of education mainly spread across the nation and hopes to draw interested members from outside Nigeria soon.
